In light of the recent and rapid development of the Coronavirus outbreak, Adey SteelShop feel it is important to communicate with customers to outline the precautions we are making in order to protect our people and those we interact with and to ensure we can continue to deliver our products and services safely and with minimal interruption.
We are continuing to follow Government and NHS advice for all precautions and preventative measures concerning the spread of COVID-19, as such we have a number of our office staff working from home, many working flexibly and those that have to attend the workplace to carry out their role are following official social distancing and cleaning guidance to minimise risks.
While we expect the above precautions to allow us to continue to operate, the unknown nature of this issue has the potential to cause disruptions that cannot be predicted. In any circumstance, we will ensure that we are transparent in informing customers of any changes to our delivery dates or service levels that may occur as a result of this force majeure.
